REQUENTLY DIALED
NUMBER REPORT
REPORT DESCRIPTION
This report sorts the call data by the number that was dialed rather than by the extension who called it, or the number that was dialed. This allows you to sort and run the report a number of different ways to see who has been calling in or out of your office the most.
SINGLE EXTENSION
You can run the report for a single extension and see who they have been talking to for a specific date range.
DEPARTMENT/DIVISION/SITE
You can group extensions by department, division, or site and see who the frequent incoming or outgoing calls belong to.
SORT BY CALL TYPE
Or you can filter for just the incoming or outgoing calls sorted by single extension, department, division, or site.
HOW TO RUN THIS REPORT

Start the Comm One Call Accounting.

Click on REPORT on the top menu bar.

Select SUMMARY REPORTS

Select FREQUENTLY DIALED NUMBERS REPORT.

At the report pop up screen select the report parameters for date, call type, division, department, site, etc.

At the REPORT TO prompt specify Preview, Print, CSV, PDF, Email, or XLS.

Press OK and the report will be generated.
