TRAFFIC REPORT

REPORT DESCRIPTION

This report shows you call by hour from midnight to midnight for the date range you specify.  Customers use this report to staff the operator desk, monitor all incoming calls by hour, look at incoming or outgoing calls by hour for a specific group, and much more.  The report is also available by 30-Minutes, 15-Minutes, 10-Minutes, 5-Minutes, and 1-Minute if you need more detail.

 

REPORT FIELDS

  • Hour of Day

  • # of Calls for that hour

  • Total Duration for that hour

  • Price of calls for that hour

  • Average call length for that hour

  • % of Total Calls

 

HOW TO RUN THIS REPORT

  1. Start the Comm One Call Accounting.

  2. Click on REPORT on the top menu bar.

  3. Select TRAFFIC REPORTS

  4. Select TIME OF DAY HOUR Report

  5. At the report pop up screen select the report parameters for date, call type, division, department, site, etc.

  6. At the REPORT TO prompt specify Preview, Print, CSV, PDF, Email, or XLS.

  7. Press OK and the report will be generated.
