FAQ-1667 AVAYA IP OFFICE SMDR FOR MULTIPLE SITES
Comm One Call Accounting does have the ability to capture call records from multiple Avaya IP
Office phone systems. In order to set that up you need to do the following:
STATIC IP ADDRESS
Make sure that the PC that is collecting the call records has a Static or Reserved IP Address.
SETTING UP AVAYA IP OFFICE
SMDR PORT NUMBER ASSIGNMENTS
Assign a unique port number to each site. For example:

Site 1: Port 1151

Site 2: Port 1152
-
Site 3: Port 1153
-
Site 4: Port 1154
-
Etc...
