FAQ-1742 No Transfer Detail Report

HOW TO RUN A NO TRANSFER DETAIL REPORT

This report shows only calls that were not transferred.  Calls that are transferred are suppressed from this report.  This report is useful in situations where you need to count the total inbound calls to a particular extension or department, but you don't want to include calls that came in and were transferred.  If you run this report just for incoming calls it will give you the true incoming call count from outside (without inflating that number with incoming calls that were transferred. For this report to work your telephone system needs to be able to tag incoming calls as transferred or as direct incoming calls.

 

To run this report:

  1. Start Call Accounting

  2. From the Main Menu Select the REPORTS Menu.

  3. From the REPORTS Menu select DETAIL REPORTS.

  4. Then select the NO TRANSFER Detail Report

SELECT REPORT OPTIONS

Select your report options and select OK and your report will generate.
