FAQ-1710 Time of Day by Quarter Hour Traffic Report

 

REPORT DESCRIPTION

The Time of Day Quarter Hour Traffic Report shows you each quarter hour of the day and how many calls per quarter hour there were based on the parameters you select when you generate the report.  You can look at calls by quarter hour for the whole company, or by extension, department, division, or site.

 

REPORT FIELDS

  • Time of Day (quarter Hour)

  • # of Calls for that quarter hour

  • Total Duration for that quarter hour

  • Price for that quarter hour

  • Average call length for that quarter hour

  • % of Total Calls for that quarter hour

HOW TO RUN THIS REPORT

  1. Start the Comm One Call Accounting.

  2. Click on REPORT on the top menu bar.

  3. Select TRAFFIC REPORTS from the report list.

  4. Select TIME OF DAY TRAFFIC BY QUARTER HOUR Report

  5. When the options screen pops up, select the options you want and select OK.
