FAQ-1706 Call Duration Traffic Report

 

REPORT DESCRIPTION

The Call Duration Traffic Report ranks the calls by the call duration.  This report allows you to easily view the duration of your most commonly made calls.  You can also easily identify if a bunch of long calls are being made on your system that are unusual and need to be followed up on.

 

REPORT FIELDS

  • Dall Duration (Minutes)

  • # of Calls for that duration

  • Total Duration 

  • Price 

  • Average call length 

  • % of Total Calls

HOW TO RUN THIS REPORT

  1. Start the Comm One Call Accounting.

  2. Click on REPORT on the top menu bar.

  3. Select TRAFFIC REPORTS from the report list.

  4. Select CALL DURATION TRAFFIC REPORT.

  5. When the Call Duration Traffic Report screen pops up, select the options you want and select OK.​
