FAQ-1635 City Prefix File Maintenance

The City/Prefix file contains all of the area codes and prefixes for the North American Dialing Plan. This table is included with the Comm One Software. This table is used to determine the city and state to attach to a call when the calls are added to your system when calls are processed and records are added to your Call Accounting.
