HOW TO RUN A TOP 25 TRUNK GROUP REPORT

To run this report:

  1. Start Call Accounting

  2. From the Main Menu Select the REPORTS Menu.

  3. From the REPORTS Menu select SUMMARY REPORTS.

  4. Then select the TOP 25 TRUNK GROUP REPORT

Select your report options and select OK and your report will generate.
