EXPENSIVE CALL REPORT

TThe expensive call report is designed to allow you to easily generate a report of expensive telephone calls made on your phone system.  These are usually international calls, or very long domestic long distance calls.  The cost of the call is the duration of the call times the call cost set up in the Domestic and International call cost tables.  The default call cost is .05 per minute for Domestic Long Distance and $2.50 per minute for International Calls .  These costs can be customized to match your actual cost to that the price of the calls shown on your reports is accurate.

HOW TO RUN AN EXPENSIVE CALL REPORT CALL REPORT

To run this report:

1. Start Call Accounting

2. From the Main Menu Select the REPORTS Menu.

3. From the REPORTS Menu select DETAIL REPORTS.

4. Then select the EXPENSIVE CALL REPORT
