QUESTION: Is Technical Support available without a Support Agreement.
ANSWER: Yes, you can still get Technical Support without a Support Agreement. Hourly Technical Support is billed as follows:
HOURLY TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Hourly Support is billed at $125 per hour

There is a 15-minute minimum charge for a Support Call.

Support is billed in 15-minute increments.

Support is billed at the time of service by credit card or to a credit card on file.

Hourly Support does not include version upgrades. Those are only available with an annual agreement.
