FAQ-1235: Set Directory Assistance Rates
SET DIRECTORY ASSISTANCE RATES
You can set Directory Assistance Rates Manually using the ToolBox Command Utility.

Close all programs (except call capture)
-
Open the COMM ONE SOFTWARE Folder on the Desktop

Open the UTILITIES Folder

Double Click on the ToolBox Utility Icon

Type the following commands to set the Directory Assistance Rates. This example assumes you want to charge $2.50 for each Directory Assistance Call.
CLOSE DATABASES
SELECT A
USE PLSYS.DBF
REPLACE PLSYS.DIRECTORY WITH 2.50
REPLACE PLSYS.DIRECT1 WITH 2.50
CLOSE DATABASES
QUIT
