FAQ-1161 How to Configure Email Automation
HOW TO CONFIGURE COMM ONE EMAIL AUTOMATION

Close all Programs

Start the MAIL SETUP UTILITY from the Comm One Software Folder.

The Mail Setup will start. Select SETUP from the bottom menu bar.

Enter Comm One the SMTP Server Name (contact us if you do not have this)

Enter the Comm One Email address you have been provided

Enter that email address's password
-
Enter the same email address in the SMTP From Email.

Enter the Email Port Number of 587
-
The Authentication is PLAIN.

At the Mail Setup Utility please select TEST to test the email settings.

Select TEST NOW to continue the test.

To automate the reports you need to put the batch file c:\ca2018\stopca.bat in the windows scheduler to run each night at 11 pm
