FAQ-1031: How to build Extensions from Calls
HOW TO AUTOMATICALLY BUILD EXTENSION STATION RECORDS FROM YOUR CALL FILE DATABASE
After you have processed some call records, you can automatically generate your station (extension) database from the call records. Here is how you do this:

Start Call Accounting

From the MAIN MENU select the TOOLS menu.

From the TOOLS menu select the CALL ACCOUNTING WIZARD option

From the CALL ACCOUNTING WIZARD pull down scroll to Build Station Extensions from Call Records.
