HOW TO MODIFY COMM ONE DEFAULT LOG FILE PATH NAME
The log file path tells the Comm One Software where to look for log files when the Call Processing runs to pull raw log files into the Comm One Database for Reporting. Here is how to modify that path:

Start Comm One Call Accounting

Select the TOOLS Menu on the top menu bar
-
Select EDIT LOG FILE PATH NAME:
Select the log path as follows:

SERIAL CALL CAPTURE: Select LOG_SERIAL
-
MOST TCP/IP CAPTURE PHONE SYSTEMS: - Select LOG_IP
-
FTP DOWNLOAD SYSTEMS: Select LOG_FTP
-
ASTERISK PHONE SYSTEMS: Select LOG_ASTERISK
-
CUSTOM PATH: User Defined Path
