DOES COMM ONE CALL ACCOUNTING SUPPORT DNIS, AUTHORIZATION CODES, OR ACCOUNT CODES
Yes, Comm One Call Accounting Software supports DNIS (Dialed Number) on incoming calls, and Authorization or Account Codes on outgoing calls. For these features to work in Comm One, your telephone system needs to support these features and provide that information in the call records to the Comm One Call Accounting Software.
