FAQ-1039: Do Extensions need to be Manually Added?
DO EXTENSIONS NEED TO BE MANUALLY ADDED USING COMM ONE CALL ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE?
No, if the Call Processing routine finds a new extension when the call processing utility runs to pull in new calls, it will automatically add the extension for you. Then you will only need to go back and add the name and optional department to each extension.
If your system happens to be configured (custom feature) to not automatically add extensions, you can run the BUILD EXTENSION WIZARD to automatically add extensions from existing call records.
