DOWNLOAD CALLS FROM SCANNEX MEMORY BUFFER

     The Scannex Memory buffer can be downloaded manually using FTP commands, or you can use the Scannex Collector Software to automatically schedule the download of your call logs. Scannex has software utilities to help with this.Once you have your Scannex Buffer connected to your network, you can use the SEDiscover program to easily loate the buffer  on the network.

SCANNEX COLLECTOR TO DOWNLOAD BUFFER

Once your buffer is installed and configured, you can use the Scannex Collector to schedule the download of call records from the buffer.
