FAQ-1668 AVAYA IP OFFICE SMDR DROPPED CALLS
Avaya IP Office does have a dropped or lost call tag in the call data records that are sent when a call drops. However, this condition only indicates calls that were lost or dropped while an incoming call is ringing. Once the call is answered by a live person or auto attendant, or the call goes to voicemail, the call is considered answered and will not be tagged as a drop or lost call if the caller hangs up somewhere along that process. Some phone systems are able to tag a call as dropped if a caller hangs up while on hold, but IP Office does not have this feature.
ZERO DURATION / DROPPED CALL REPORT
A dropped call will show with a duration of 0 and will be tagged to the dropped call report on the Comm One Call Accounting Software.
