FAQ-1669 AVAYA IP OFFICE SMDR CALLER ID
Avaya IP Office does have the ability to capture incoming caller ID on incoming calls and pass it to the Comm One Call Accounting for reporting. For the Caller ID to show that feature needs to be enabled on your incoming trunks from your telecom trunk provider.
