FAQ-1670 AVAYA IP OFFICE SMDR CALL DURATION      

     Yes the Avaya IP Office SMDR field list includes Call Duration.  Call Duration is the length of time that you are on the phone with an inbound or outbound caller.  The time shown is just for your part of the call.  If a call is transferred to or from another extension, then the call duration for those legs of the call will show on separately under the detail for those extensions.
