FAQ-1465 ALLWORX CALL ACCOUNTING SETUP
Comm One call accounting integrates with your Allworx telephone system and receives call records over a TCP/IP connection. Before you can set up the IP Call Capture Utility, you need to configure your Allworx telephone system to send call records over the network on a port number. Here is how you set that up inside the Allworx System Administration page:

Log into your Allworx phone system

Select REPORTS from the left menu options

Select CALL DETAILS, then MODIFY

CALL STORAGE: Set to Live Calls Stored

CALL STORAGE: Completed Calls Stored
-
CALL DETAILS STREAMING: Live Calls NOT Streamed

CALL DETAILS STREAMING: Completed Calls Streamed
-
CALL DETAILS STREAMING PORT: 16366
