FAQ-1465 ALLWORX CALL ACCOUNTING SETUP

Comm One call accounting integrates with your Allworx telephone system and receives call records over a TCP/IP connection.  Before you can set up the IP Call Capture Utility, you need to configure your Allworx telephone system to send call records over the network on a port number.  Here is how you set that up inside the Allworx System Administration page:  

 

  1. Log into your Allworx phone system 
     

  2. Select REPORTS from the left menu options
     

  3. Select CALL DETAILS, then MODIFY
     

  4. CALL STORAGE:  Set to Live Calls Stored
     

  5. CALL STORAGE:  Completed Calls Stored
     

  6. CALL DETAILS STREAMING:  Live Calls NOT Streamed
     

  7. CALL DETAILS STREAMING:  Completed Calls Streamed
     

  8. CALL DETAILS STREAMING PORT:  16366
