NEW CHECK PRINTER SCRIPT ON ALL PRINT ROUTINES
Comm One Call Accounting Software does not have any printer drivers built into it.  All printer control is handled by whatever printers you have configured in Windows.  Even if you never print to a printer and you email your reports or save them as PDF files, you need to have a printer defined on your windows system.

The new Check Printer Script looks to make sure you have a printer defined before the system will print, preview, or export a report.  If there is no printer defined, you will receive a message reminding you to set up a default printer driver.

WHICH PRINTER DOES COMM ONE USE?
When Comm One Call Accounting starts, it uses whatever default printer driver you have defined on your computer.

IF THERE IS NO PHYSICAL PRINTER CONNECTED TO THE COMPUTER

If there isn't a printer attached to your Comm One computer, you still need to have a printer driver configured on your computer.  You should set up a Generic Microsoft XPS printer driver and just set it to LPT1 as your default printer driver.  You can also use a shared or network printer.
